At EGO WOLF, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, shipping methods, and delivery times.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to process orders promptly, there may be delays due to high order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment is delayed significantly, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-9 business days after order processing.
- Express Shipping: Available upon request. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after order processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
International Shipping(Coming soon):
Delivery times vary by destination. Typically, international orders take 7-21 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the package.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country’s customs.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada and to most international locations(Coming soon). If we do not ship to your region, you will be notified at checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. EGO WOLF is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
EGO WOLF is not responsible for any customs clearance delays or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information regarding import fees.
Undelivered Packages
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipping or rerouting the package.
- In cases where a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you for updated delivery instructions.
- EGO WOLF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us at info@egowolf.ca, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or items in the order. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
